We are looking for a Warehouse Operative – Order Picker to support logistics operations at our production facility in Fleurus.

Your mission

You will prepare customer orders and help receive, store and dispatch goods. You will ensure order accuracy, timely preparation and product traceability while following our quality, hygiene and safety procedures.

No specific diploma is required. Training in logistics or experience in the food industry is an advantage.

Employment conditions

  • Location: Our production facility in Fleurus, Belgium.
  • Contract: One-year fixed-term contract.
  • Working hours: 37 hours per week.
  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • Pay: Based on skills and experience, in line with applicable sector pay scales.

 

Tasks & Responsabilities:

 Your responsibilities

  • Prepare orders, checking product references, quantities, batch numbers and expiry dates.
  • Inspect the condition of products and packaging.
  • Pack, label and prepare parcels and pallets for dispatch.
  • Receive and check incoming goods and store them in designated locations.
  • Help load, unload and move pallets using appropriate equipment, in accordance with your training and internal safety procedures.
  • Record stock movements and participate in stock counts.
  • Follow stock rotation procedures and report discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Keep storage areas, preparation stations and equipment clean and organised.
  • Work closely with the production and logistics teams.

Requirements

 Your profile

  • You are reliable, organised and attentive to detail.
  • You take pride in accurate work and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You can read picking lists, check quantities and follow procedures.
  • You can understand work and safety instructions in French.
  • You have basic computer skills.
  • Previous experience in order picking, warehousing or logistics is an advantage.
  • A forklift training certificate relevant to our equipment and practical operating experience are strong assets.
  • Experience using electric and manual pallet trucks is desirable.
