Location: Brussels, Belgium
• Participate in hands-on rotations in departments such as R&D (natural preservatives), Product Development & Application, Technical Sales, and Quality & Regulatory Affairs.
• Support ongoing projects involving bio-preservatives, natural antioxidants, fresh-keeping agents, shelf-life extenders, and active packaging.
• Collaborate with scientists and business teams to optimize shelf-life solutions for dairy, meat, bakery, and beverage applications.
• Contribute to customer support, application trials, and preparation of technical documentation.
• Assist in the creation of product presentations, market research, and regulatory submission materials.
• Engage in continuous learning through structured internal training, external seminars, and mentorship.
• Present performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Master’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in natural food preservation, clean-label innovation, and sustainability.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret both scientific and commercial data.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, or Chinese) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and relocate during rotation assignments, including to international offices or facilities.
