Job Description

Tasks & Responsabilities:

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
Oversee daily operations, including production, sales, marketing, finance, and administration.
Lead and motivate department managers to drive performance and efficiency.
Monitor financial performance, control budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and business development initiatives.
Report regularly to the Board of Directors or company owners on business performance.
Recruit, train, and develop senior staff to build organizational capability.
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and external meetings.

Requirements

Ph.D or MBA degree in business, Food Science or Bioengineer.
Extensive experience in senior management, preferably as a General Manager, or equivalent.
Proven track record of business growth and operational excellence.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent financial acumen and understanding of business operations.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Industry knowledge (e.g., food, preservatives/ingredients, or manufacturing) is an advantage.
