Job Description

Tasks & Responsabilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, including production, sales, marketing, finance, and administration.
  • Lead and motivate department managers to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, control budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and business development initiatives.
  • Report regularly to the Board of Directors or company owners on business performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop senior staff to build organizational capability.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and external meetings.

Requirements

  • Ph.D or MBA degree in business, Food Science or Bioengineer. 
  • Extensive experience in senior management, preferably as a General Manager, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of business growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and understanding of business operations.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Industry knowledge (e.g., food, preservatives/ingredients, or manufacturing) is an advantage.
