Job Description

Handary is a Food Shelf-life Specialist, we seek a sales manager who will be responsible for developing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expanding the company’s customer base in Asia countries. This role involves managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with marketing and product teams to deliver value-added solutions to customers.

Tasks & Responsabilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets in Asia market.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Identify new markets, prospects, and business opportunities.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and operations teams to align business strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field 
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and MS Office.
  • Experience in the food preservatives/additive (preferred).
