Natamycin is a food preservative approved in more than 138 countries. The regulations governing the use of Natatrin™ vary considerably in the countries in which it is currently approved. It is recommended to use it after ensuring compliance with your local regulations.
Natatrin™ is a formulation composed of a Natamycin-cyclodextrin complex. This formulation tackles the issue of insolubility associated with Natamycin without causing any significant modification to its original structure or antifungal activity.
